About
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Logistics Expert to support the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes within a complex global enterprise environment. In this role, you will contribute to large-scale SAP transformation initiatives focused on harmonizing and optimizing logistics, production, and transportation processes across international operations. You will work on systems that are critical for ensuring stable, efficient, and fully integrated supply chain execution at scale. You will collaborate with international teams across IT, logistics, operations, and architecture in a structured environment where quality, consistency, and long-term system stability are key priorities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP, with strong focus on S/4HANA Logistics
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes (P2P, Plan-to-Produce, Transportation, O2C/R2R interfaces)
  • Deep specialization in at least two SAP core areas (e.g. SAP TM, SAP S/4 Logistics, SAP IBP, SAP APO)
  • Strong track record in S/4HANA implementation projects, including cutover and hypercare
  • Experience in international rollout environments and global template-based deployments
  • Strong understanding of Clean Core architecture and SAP BTP extension models
  • Solid knowledge of SAP integration technologies (CPI, APIs, events, IDocs, EDI)
  • Good understanding of logistics execution, transportation planning, and warehouse integration
  • Basic ABAP knowledge for design review and code quality assessment (no development required)
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Very good English skills; German is strongly preferred

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the design and evolution of SAP S/4HANA Logistics solutions across end-to-end processes (P2P, Plan-to-Produce, Transportation, O2C/R2R interfaces)
  • Take ownership of key logistics domains (e.g. SAP TM, S/4 Logistics, SAP IBP, SAP APO), including operations, releases, and integration
  • Drive and support S/4HANA implementation projects, including cutover planning, execution, and hypercare phases
  • Contribute to international rollout programs, ensuring consistency across global templates and regional deployments
  • Apply Clean Core principles and SAP standardization strategies in solution design
  • Design and validate SAP integration scenarios (CPI, APIs, events, IDocs, EDI)
  • Support SAP BTP-based extension and enhancement approaches
  • Ensure stable integration between logistics, transportation, production, and warehouse processes
  • Collaborate with architecture, process owners, and technical teams to ensure end-to-end alignment
  • Provide input during design reviews, including basic technical validation of ABAP artifacts
  • Act as a key interface for stakeholders at process owner and management level
