Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience developing Android applications
- Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin and Java
- Solid knowledge of Android development and MVVM architecture
- Experience working with Coroutines, RxJava, Dagger 2, and Jetpack Compose
- Good understanding of Material Design 2 and 3
- Experience integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs
- Practical experience with unit testing, including JUnit, Robolectric, and Mockito
- Experience working with SQLite and Room
- Good understanding of Git and modern development practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Android applications using Kotlin and Java
- Build mobile features that integrate with REST-based backend services
- Apply established architectural patterns and Android development best practices
- Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Jetpack Compose and Material Design
- Write and maintain automated tests to ensure application stability and reliability
- Work with local data storage using SQLite and Room
- Collaborate with backend developers, product teams, and other engineers throughout the development lifecycle
- Investigate technical issues, troubleshoot application behavior, and contribute to improving overall app performance and quality
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining clean, maintainable code
- Use Git for source control and follow established development workflows
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the mobile development process and engineering practices
