Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with proven experience in leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong technical leadership skills, with experience defining technical direction, mentoring developers, and driving engineering best practices.
- Proven experience integrating HubSpot CRM and building HubSpot-based integrations.
- Solid experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript development.
- Hands-on experience building front-end applications using Vue.js and Nuxt.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, including designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-native applications and services.
- Proven experience in software architecture and system design, with the ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Experience coordinating engineering teams, planning technical delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, including code reviews, CI/CD, testing, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments with distributed, cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities

- Make architecture and system design decisions that ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Mentor and coach developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify technical risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
- Promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support planning activities, estimations, and technical decision-making throughout the software development lifecycle.
