IT System Analyst

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

5+ years of experience delivering or supporting IT projects involving enterprise applications and business systems

Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions

Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies, system integrations, and business process optimization

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Hands-on experience working with ERP platforms, logistics systems, or other enterprise business applications is highly desirable

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business scenarios and recommend effective solutions

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Fluent English, both written and spoken

Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines

Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and delivering business value

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of IT projects involving business applications, software modules, and enterprise systems
Gather and analyze business needs by working closely with end users and key stakeholders
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and high-quality technology solutions
Participate in solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment activities
Provide functional support throughout project execution and after implementation to ensure smooth adoption
Deliver Level 2 application support by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving system-related issues
Ensure implemented solutions meet quality standards, business expectations, and technical requirements
Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and improve existing applications in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Deliver training sessions and user guidance to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes
Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Follow internal IT policies, security standards, and governance procedures while supporting business applications
Work closely with international teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable and high-quality technology solutions
