Requirements
- German language proficiency at C2 level
- Experience in large organizations with more than 5,000 employees
- Experience facilitating workshops and coordinating stakeholders is preferred
- Experience in IT service processes, test planning, release management, and cutover activities is preferred
- Experience in regulatory and compliance requirements is preferred
- Knowledge of Finance & Controlling, Procurement, and License Management processes
- Experience in defining target architectures and supporting IT transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance
- Experience in interface management and coordination of dependencies between IT systems and projects
- Experience in migration, transition, and replacement of IT systems
- Experience in business process management
- More than 5 years of experience in Requirements Engineering
Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, IT architecture, and project objectives
- Support decision-making and maintain project documentation
- Facilitate workshops and align business stakeholders, IT teams, and project participants
- Support testing, release planning, deployment, and cutover activities
- Contribute to migration planning and the coordination of project dependencies
- Support transformation activities across Finance & Controlling, Procurement, and License Management
- Coordinate activities across related projects and stakeholders
- Support IT governance, risk management, and compliance activities
- Analyze interfaces, system dependencies, and interactions across IT systems
- Coordinate migration, transition, and IT system replacement activities
- Support the definition of target processes and target architectures
- Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and IT requirements
