Requirements
- Excellent German language skills at native-speaker level
- 5+ years of experience designing complex end-to-end processes in SAP S/4HANA environments
- 5+ years of experience in functional solution design for SAP ERP Logistics modules, focusing on PP, QM, MM and SD
- 5+ years of experience in SAP ERP Logistics customizing, particularly in SAP PP, QM, MM and SD
- Familiarity with SAP EWM and its integration with SAP Logistics processes is an advantage
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial supply chain environments is preferred
- Experience with integrations between SAP Logistics modules and SAP or non-SAP systems is preferred
- Experience coordinating SAP development activities across functional and technical teams is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience providing functional leadership to developers is preferred
- Experience working in agile teams using Scrum or SAFe is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience communicating and presenting at management level is preferred
- Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams in complex enterprise environments
- Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into integrated SAP solutions
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics and supply chain processes
Responsibilities
- Participate in sprint-based planning and coordination within the agile delivery environment
- Identify opportunities to introduce relevant SAP technologies and best practices
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the SAP landscape and SAP S/4HANA roadmap
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to support the quality and delivery of SAP solutions
- Take functional ownership of smaller projects or work packages and coordinate development activities
- Advise business and management stakeholders on process design, solution approaches and SAP best practices
- Facilitate workshops to clarify requirements, evaluate solution options and develop functional concepts
- Design and manage interfaces between SAP Logistics modules and connected SAP and non-SAP systems, including the EWM landscape
- Support the solution lifecycle from requirements gathering and configuration through testing and go-live
- Conduct requirements analysis and functional solution design
- Design, implement, enhance and customize SAP solutions across relevant Logistics modules
- Translate business requirements into SAP S/4HANA solutions
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes
- Advise business departments on SAP Logistics processes, particularly PP, QM, MM and SD
