Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in Product Design
- Strong expertise in UX, interaction, and visual design with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma or similar)
- Experience translating business requirements and user insights into intuitive product experiences
- Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, and iterative design
- Ability to measure design impact using qualitative feedback and quantitative data
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with design systems and responsive web design
- Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve products and design workflows
- Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, accessible, and engaging experiences across the product
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design solutions
- Partner with Product Managers to define and solve customer problems
- Collaborate with Engineers to ensure high-quality implementation
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Launch and iterate on experiments based on customer feedback and product metrics
- Contribute to design critiques and help maintain a high standard of design quality
- Support and evolve the product’s design system and UX consistency
- Stay informed on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
