Requirements
- German language proficiency at C1 level
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- 3+ years of experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in technical communication, workshop facilitation and stakeholder moderation is preferred
- Experience in transportation or railway infrastructure is preferred
- Experience defining non-functional requirements, assessing technical risks and ensuring architectural quality
- Experience translating business and technical requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable software solutions
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, technical solution design, system integration, APIs and database design
- 5+ years of full-stack web development experience using Java and Python
- 3+ years of experience developing visual measurement systems based on video object detection using OpenCV and SciPy
- 5+ years of experience developing AI-powered Computer Vision solutions using PyTorch and YOLO
- 5+ years of experience developing native iOS applications using Swift, specifically for railway infrastructure video recording
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within an agile Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, reviews and continuous improvement
- Facilitate technical workshops, present complex architectural topics and support knowledge sharing, innovation and standardisation
- Conduct architecture, code and test reviews, estimate implementation effort and provide technical guidance to development teams
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of architectural solutions, ensuring technical quality and consistency throughout development
- Assess technical risks, recommend mitigation measures and identify opportunities to improve existing architectures
- Define technical specifications, database designs, interfaces, APIs and non-functional requirements in line with architectural standards
- Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, secure and maintainable software architectures
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications and backend services using Java and Python
- Design and implement AI-powered Computer Vision solutions for object detection, visual measurement, 3D reconstruction and video anonymisation using PyTorch, YOLO, OpenCV and SciPy
- Develop and integrate solutions for video recording, GPS positioning, sensor data processing and metadata management
- Design and evolve cloud-based software architectures for railway infrastructure video recording and processing, including native iOS applications using Swift
