Requirements:
- Take technical ownership of the architecture, development, and operation of a scalable Industrial IoT platform running on Azure
- Define and evolve platform engineering standards based on Kubernetes and cloud-native best practices
- Build and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure and deployment environments
- Design and operate CI/CD and GitOps pipelines for automated, reliable delivery workflows
- Develop backend and platform services using Java and Python
- Design and implement event-driven and streaming-based architectures (Kafka, MQTT, etc.)
- Ensure platform reliability through observability, monitoring, security, and high availability design
- Integrate industrial and connected device systems into a global IoT ecosystem
- Collaborate closely with architecture, security, and cross-functional engineering teams
Responsibilities:
- Several years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure or similar hyperscaler environments
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes and containerized workloads (Helm, FluxCD, Linux)
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, GitOps, and infrastructure automation practices
- Strong programming skills in Java and Python, including clean code and test-driven development
- Experience with event-driven systems and messaging technologies (Kafka, MQTT, etc.)
- Strong understanding of platform security, observability, and distributed systems design
- Experience working in complex, cross-domain environments (IT / OT integration is a plus)
- Strong communication skills in English
