As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly integrated into our professional and personal lives, an important question emerges: how can we make the most of these technologies while continuing to develop our own abilities?
This was one of the central themes of our latest #SharingExperienceBetterKnowledge session, held on November 4 at our office. Together with Petrea C. Andrei, Experiential Trainer & Facilitator, we explored the relationship between technology, learning, and personal growth, focusing on how to navigate an environment shaped by constant innovation and an overwhelming amount of information.
AI offers new opportunities to accelerate learning, explore ideas, and approach unfamiliar challenges. However, using these tools effectively also requires us to consider which tasks can benefit from automation and which abilities we should continue strengthening independently. Critical thinking, curiosity, creativity, and the capacity to evaluate information remain important, particularly when AI-generated answers are increasingly accessible.
The session also highlighted the importance of approaching continuous learning with intention. Rather than trying to keep up with every emerging trend or technology, sustainable development involves identifying relevant knowledge, establishing realistic learning habits, and making thoughtful decisions about where to invest our time and attention.
Another topic was finding a personal equilibrium with technology. Understanding when AI can support our work and when to rely on our own reasoning can help us develop a more balanced relationship with the tools we use every day.
The evening offered an opportunity to exchange perspectives, reflect on individual development, and think about the small actions that can support future progress. At TechTalent, our #SharingExperienceBetterKnowledge series continues to bring people together around ideas that encourage learning, reflection, and professional growth.
