AI is becoming increasingly present in software development, with the conversation moving beyond individual tools towards how engineers incorporate these capabilities into their everyday work.
That was the focus of our latest #SharingExperienceBetterKnowledge session, held on October 7 at our Bucharest office and led by our colleague Alexandru Romanet.
Under the theme “The AI-Native Engineer's Daily Workflow,” the session explored practical approaches to working with AI, drawing on experiences and challenges encountered in real software projects.
As AI becomes more integrated into development environments and engineering processes, questions around where these capabilities fit, how they support existing practices and how they influence engineering decisions are becoming increasingly relevant. The session created space to explore these questions and exchange perspectives on how AI is shaping day-to-day development.
Our #SharingExperienceBetterKnowledge sessions give colleagues the opportunity to discuss technical challenges and learn from approaches being used across different projects and teams. With AI-native development continuing to evolve, sharing what works in practice becomes particularly valuable.
The session brought colleagues together at our Europe House office in Bucharest and online, allowing people from different locations to take part. Afterwards, conversations continued informally over quesadillas and treats, with more time to exchange ideas beyond the presentation itself.
Thank you to Alexandru Romanet for leading the session and sharing his perspective, and to everyone who joined us and contributed to the conversation.
As engineering practices continue to evolve alongside AI, we will keep creating opportunities to share knowledge, practical experiences and ideas across our engineering community.
