• Team Management: You’ll be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of our certification engineering team, ensuring efficiency and excellence at every turn.
• Domain Transition: Facilitate the seamless transition of certification engineering to our cutting-edge Cluj center, ensuring continuity and optimization throughout the process.
• Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with development teams, focusing on the airline applications.
• Integration: Partner closely with our platform engineering team to guarantee smooth integration of new hardware and peripherals with existing setups and customer sites.
• Coordination: Collaborate with the Certification Coordinator to orchestrate timely and accurate customer tests, adhering strictly to schedules.
• Support Management: Take charge of Level 3 support tickets concerning airline applications and associated hardware for our global airport clientele, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Engineering Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management, making them core aspects of the team’s engineering ethos.
