- Domain Transition: Facilitate the seamless transition of certification engineering to our cutting-edge Cluj center, ensuring continuity and optimization throughout the process.
- Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with development teams, focusing on the airline applications.
- Integration: Partner closely with our platform engineering team to guarantee smooth integration of new hardware and peripherals with existing setups and customer sites.
- Coordination: Collaborate with the Certification Coordinator to orchestrate timely and accurate customer tests, adhering strictly to schedules.
- Support Management: Take charge of Level 3 support tickets concerning airline applications and associated hardware for our global airport clientele, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Engineering Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management, making them core aspects of the team’s engineering ethos.
