Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a technical/software support engineer
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Experience working alongside software developers and testers
- Understanding of networking concepts
- Ability to coordinate multiple technical streams of work to produce a complete solution
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Main responsibilities:
- Diagnose issues found in the field and perform software configuration changes
- Setup and maintain airport lab equipment including boarding gates, cameras and bag drop hardware
- Work closely with product management, service management and development teams to create solutions for trials and pre-production environments
- Assist with security audits and ensure compliance with any potential third-party software and operating system vulnerabilities
- Create and track defect tickets
- Become an expert in the usage and architecture of the passenger products
