Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enterprise applications built with Delphi / Object Pascal
- Analyze and improve existing codebases for stability and performance
- Implement new features and enhancements for business-critical systems
- Work with SQL databases and backend integrations
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders
- Ensure high standards of code quality, reliability, and maintainability
Requirements:
- Strong experience as a Delphi Developer
- Solid knowledge of Object Pascal
- Experience working on enterprise or financial systems
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience integrating APIs or backend services
- Ability to work independently in a remote development environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with legacy system modernization
- Knowledge of financial or banking systems
- Experience working in distributed engineering teams
- Familiarity with software architecture principle
