Yesterday’s #SharingExperience session brought a fresh perspective on something we all rely on every day: communication.
Titled “Conversations That Build Teams – it’s not a bug, it’s Communication,” the workshop created a space to explore how conversations really unfold in practice, not just how we expect them to.
Guided by Alexandra Niță, psychotherapist, the session focused on the gap that often appears between intention and interpretation. What we say is only part of the message; how it is received depends on many subtle factors such as tone, context, and individual perspective.
Throughout the session, discussions naturally moved toward familiar situations from everyday work. Moments where messages are misunderstood, where assumptions fill in the gaps, or where clarity could have changed the outcome entirely.
One idea stood out: effective communication is built, not assumed. It requires clarity, attention, and a willingness to adapt to the person in front of us.
Participants shared perspectives, asked questions, and reflected on their own communication habits, turning the session into an open and engaging conversation rather than a one-way presentation.
Workshops like this remind us that improving communication does not require complex tools, but awareness, intention, and practice.
