Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a client-facing or support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English (B2 level or higher) for daily interaction with global teams
  • Familiarity with common troubleshooting techniques
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • SQL – nice to have
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including night shifts
  • Located in Cluj-Napoca (remote work from Cluj only)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily inquiries from international clients via email or chat
  • Monitor platform performance and escalate issues to the technical team
  • Track, prioritize, and document client requests in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents quickly and effectively
  • Participate in platform testing and provide feedback to the product team
  • Proactively identify training opportunities for clients and promote best practices
