Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a client-facing or support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English (B2 level or higher) for daily interaction with global teams
- Familiarity with common troubleshooting techniques
- Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- SQL – nice to have
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including night shifts
- Located in Cluj-Napoca (remote work from Cluj only)
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily inquiries from international clients via email or chat
- Monitor platform performance and escalate issues to the technical team
- Track, prioritize, and document client requests in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents quickly and effectively
- Participate in platform testing and provide feedback to the product team
- Proactively identify training opportunities for clients and promote best practices
