Requirements:
- Technical experience in the E‑Commerce domain (mandatory)
- Experience in the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP Hybris solutions
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
Responsibilities:
- Implement projects requiring IT components: applications, modules, information systems
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications (CRD)
- Write technical and functional documentation
- Communicate technical requirements to internal (RO) and external (EN) partners
- Validate technical solutions through FSDs to ensure proper integration across systems
- Provide support throughout the project lifecycle and during post‑implementation phases
- Prepare technical test scenarios and support business teams during UAT and UAT sign‑off
- Support Change Management activities: communication, go‑live, hyper‑care
- Offer Level 2 support for assigned applications and systems
- Assist Level 1 teams and help optimize repetitive processes
- Identify and propose improvements for processes and technical solutions
