Requirements:
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA): creating scorecards, KPIs, widgets, forecasts, etc.
- Proven experience in the technical implementation of PA dashboards, especially within ITSM environments
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow Scripting skills
- Ability to translate business requirements (e.g., ticket analysis, capacity forecasting) into actionable PA models
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow Reporting Engine and its integration with PA
- Solid understanding of data structures and metrics in IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Experience working in agile projects and DevOps teams
- Fluent in German and a good command of English
Responsibilities:
- Design and build PA dashboards and analytics models in ServiceNow to support operational and strategic decisions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data/reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and implement scorecards, KPIs, and performance indicators aligned with business objectives
- Integrate and optimize PA with ServiceNow Reporting Engine and other ITSM modules
- Ensure data quality and consistency across analytics and reporting components
- Participate in agile development sprints and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
