Responsibilities:
- Actively promote Agile methodologies and mindset through daily actions and recommended practices, ensuring the team embraces Agile principles.
- Assist the Product Owner in clarifying goals, prioritizing tasks, and consistently managing the product backlog.
- Lead and manage the change approval process, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with team goals.
- Ensure that all team members understand and commit to the objectives, fostering a shared sense of purpose.
- Create and maintain an open, pleasant, and productive working environment within the team.
- Promote transparency and facilitate the resolution of obstacles at the squad, stream, and tribe levels.
- Encourage a mindset of continuous improvement within the team, guiding them to find actionable solutions to problems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 year of experience as a Scrum Master, particularly in large companies, managing multiple squads simultaneously.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English at an advanced level.
- Strong inclination towards working with people, with a keen ability to observe and influence team dynamics.
- A flexible, open-minded approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
- Experience in a multi-team environment, ideally within large organizations.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar for Agile project management.
