Requirements:
- Strong experience with CI/CD systems, building pipelines, and workflow automation
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and debugging complex systems
- Hands-on experience with scripting or programming languages commonly used in automation and tooling
- Familiarity with modern build systems, caching strategies, and performance optimization techniques
- Experience working with test automation frameworks and E2E testing methodologie
- Ability to identify bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and propose scalable solutions
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with developers and cross-functional teams
- Experience with monitoring, dashboards, or observability tools is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile development practices and continuous improvement principles
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI workflows to ensure fast, reliable, and efficient builds
- Identify bottlenecks in the build pipeline and introduce performance improvements through coaching, parallelization, and other best practices
- Collaborate closely with developers to shorten feedback cycles and improve overall engineering productivity
- Enhance developer experience by identifying pain points and improving local build workflows
- Create and maintain runbooks, dashboards, and monitoring tools for continuous visibility into pipeline health
- Design, develop, and improve automation frameworks used for end-to-end (E2E) testing across all applications in the monorepo
- Provide best practices, tooling, and guidance to help teams write stable, maintainable E2E tests
- Investigate and resolve root causes of test flakiness to increase overall test stability and reliability
