Requirements:
- Strong experience with Python for backend or algorithmic logic development.
- Solid proficiency with React for building modern, responsive, and data-intensive frontends.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Azure, and Kubernetes for cloud-native application deployment and orchestration.
- Understanding of streaming technologies and experience integrating real-time data feeds.
- Familiarity with trading systems, energy markets, or algorithmic hedging concepts (a strong plus).
- Ability to work independently in a distributed, remote environment with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and extend algorithmic trading strategies in close collaboration with the product team, ensuring reliability, scalability, and accuracy.
- Enhance the React-based frontend to support advanced customization, real-time data streaming, and new user workflows.
- Evaluate, select, and implement modern streaming technologies to power low-latency data pipelines.
- Build and optimize execution strategies for power and gas markets, including spread trading, automated hedging triggers (e.g., VWAP), and storage optimization logic.
- Develop a scalable architecture for onboarding new strategies and expanding system capabilities.
- Create a high-performance streaming service capable of delivering continuous e*star live data to applications.
- Contribute to end-to-end development, including testing, deployment, documentation, and monitoring.
- Collaborate within an international team, ensuring alignment, code quality, and technical excellence.
