Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in the IT and consulting industry (from start-ups to Fortune 500).
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner.
- Understand client hiring and project needs, leveraging your recruitment knowledge to propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Continuously monitor the IT market, spotting new opportunities and trends.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of work experience
- 1 year of experience in business development, account management, or client acquisition (IT recruitment/consulting experience is a strong plus).
- Understanding of recruitment processes and the IT talent landscape.
- Proven track record in sales or client acquisition, preferably in professional services or consulting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
