Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in the IT and consulting industry (from start-ups to Fortune 500).
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner.
  • Understand client hiring and project needs, leveraging your recruitment knowledge to propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Continuously monitor the IT market, spotting new opportunities and trends.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of work experience
  • 1 year of experience in business development, account management, or client acquisition (IT recruitment/consulting experience is a strong plus).
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and the IT talent landscape.
  • Proven track record in sales or client acquisition, preferably in professional services or consulting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
